Hi James, Thanks for that piece of information, though, I am more amused than worried. Colleagues may correct me but I would think, the I of the CZN stands for independence. Politicians cannot force the international scientific community to obey their political rules. They could go as far as oppressing our Turkish colleagues, though, which would be bad enough.
