We are analyzing a coprolite found in a cave from Catalonia that is very recent. We have already cut it in thin sections and develop palynological analyses, and we know the vegetation when the coprolite was excreted. Our idea is to date the coprolite and compare the current vegetation around the cave where it was found to the palynological results and climate changes since then. This project will lead co-joint publication. Anybody interest in either dating the coprolite or collaborating in this project email me.
