Forwarded on behalf of Ewan Fordyce Please address any queries to him (addresses at the end of this email) Dear Paleontologists: The final circular for the third meeting, Secondary Adaptation of Tetrapods to Life in Water, is now on the web at http://www.otago.ac.nz/Geology/secad/secadmain.html The meeting will be held Monday 9 to Friday 13 December 2002, at the University of Otago, in Dunedin, New Zealand. Discount registration closes 1 November, but registration will be possible up to the start of the meeting. The conference will provide a venue to document and discuss pattern and process in secondary adaptation to water. As for past meetings, interdisciplinary approaches are encouraged; contributions may consider fossils and living taxa, and such diverse topics as phylogeny, functional/ constructional morphology, biogeography, stratigraphy, behaviour, ecology/paleoecology, and paleoclimatology.
