Hello, I was wondering whether anyone knows whether the major Early/Mid-Ordovician Sauk-Tippecanoe unconformity is present in regions other than Laurentia and Siberia? In particular, is it recorded from all the Iapetus Ocean paleocontinents? and what about marginal Gondwana? Our libraries' copies of the IUGS Ordovician correlation charts have suddenly become AWOL. I was hoping to find out before they're tracked down and I haven't been able to find any appropriate references using GEOREF. Many thanks, Phil =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Phil Novack-Gottshall Department of Biology "Life is a constant battle Duke University between the heart and the brain.
