Re: paleonet Software

Raul,

We have some useful software called 'BugCam/NannoWare' that displays photos of nannofossils and descripions together and allows the comparison of two different fossils simultaneously. The fossils can be arranged in a tree fashion by family or group, genus and species. We currently have over 600 nannofossil taxa in the data set (NannoWare), which was developed at the Florida State University Nannofossil Laboratory.

To see some screen captures of it, go to www.bugware.com and click the BugCam link on the left side of the screen.

The software part (BugCam) can be adapted for other fossils. Check it out and please contact me for more info if this is what you had in mind.
