In light of all the discussion the Berlin situation is generating, would it be possible for someone over there to post the entire report of the expert group? All I've seen of the document that's causing so much controversy thus far is the excerpt contained in Schultze's original letter. I'm not saying that this paragraph does not contain any statements that should of concern to the paleontological community. But I am saying that I'd like more information about the context in which those statements were made. Additionally, I'd like to know more about how paleontology (and scientific research on the whole) works in the Berlin Natural History Museum. From the standpoint of museum-based paleontology here in London, the Berlin situation appears surreal. I suspect there's more going on here than has come out so far. Let's see the full text before we rush to judgement.
