The Jurassic biostratigraphy lab at UBC requires a post-doctoral fellow to
coordinate a collaborative research project with the Geological Survey of
Canada. The aim is to document an unusual Sinemurian ammonoid fauna from
southern British Columbia. A cephalopod paleontologist is required and
preference will be given to those who have experience working with Jurassic
faunas. The position is for six months with a total salary of $15,000
(Canadian). In addition, a round-trip air ticket to Vancouver will be
provided. The application deadline is November 16th and the position will
start as soon as possible thereafter. Please provide a cv and the names and
