Dear Colleagues,
The Chicxulub Scientific Deep Drilling Project CSDP is looking for a
nannfossil paleontologist expert in Paleogene-Cretaceous who can assist on
short notice with the dating of the borehole of CSDP, located
60km south of the center of the crater. In particular age dating is
requested for the initial 750 m of Eocene - Paleocene crater filling.
The CSDP drilling is now scheduled to commence between 5 and 10 november 2001.
