Dear Warren, Alice Hart and I will get some information to you soon. We have transferred one collection of fossils to another institution. We have received several, one from a university, two from private collectors, one from the USGS, and several from oil companies. Most of these do not count as museums, but they are big research collections that ought to be of interest to the National Research Council. None of these has been discarded. Instead, they have been transferred to us. Do you want to hear about those, too? Best wishes, Roger Roger L.
