References about fishes needed

     Dear all,

     I'm trying to trace the origin of the following taxa (quite 
unsuccessfully until now!):

     Actinopterygii Klein, 1885?
     Neopterygii Regan, 1925?
     Palaeoniscidae Vogt, 1852 or Martin, 1873?
     Dipnoiformes Cloutier, 1993?

     Could anyone help in providing to me exact references of the 
papers where the above-cited names first appeared? (if possible, a 
copy of such paper will be greatly appreciated!).
