Mousterian Flute

Please, can anyone give me more information on  the young cave bear femur
found  at DIVJE BABE I, a  cave in Slovenia?  It was apparently found in
Layer 8 of the Mousterian horizon and has four purposely made holes in its
side. (A.A.S. Victoria, Australia  5:1996). The dating has been carried out
by Professor Erle Nelson of Simon Fraser University, Burnabey, Canada and
has evidently been dated at 45,100   1500/ - 1800 BP  by associated
charcoal. Perhaps he may be accessed bye  e-mail?
I am looking for dates for "earliest intentional markings."
