tides

I know this is not a paleo type of question but maybe someone out there
can be of aid. Where can one get 1994, 1995, and 1996 tide tables for the
Virgin Islands? Also, in relation to the paleo-circulation request, we
know present-day tides are largely controlled by the circum-Antarctic Ocean
(infinite fetch). Does anyone know of any calculated tides when continents
were in different positions? As this is not really fit for this group
please answer off-net. Thanks.
