My thanks to all those colleagues who responded to my request for the
current address of M.J.S. Rudwick. I received 1 address for the
Netherlands, 2 for England, and 2 for the USA! Multiple responses have
converged on one of the USA addresses (at U.Cal. San Diego), thus I will
try that one. Prof Rudwick certainly does travel a lot!
