Though we may wonder for just a moment if Tim is indeed a "normal
person" (unlike us), the sheer uninhibited creativity and wonderment, if
you will, of this nearly poetic statement is a microcosm of what may be
all-too-lacking in our field. We paleontologist can get pretty darn
analytical, eh. Way too serious.
Thanks Tim, for that lil' reminder that there is still room to
wonder about stuff. This is likely the reason 99% of us got into the crazy
discipline in the first place, isn't it? Consider . . .
