Teaching duties will include two courses: Evolution of the Earth (introductory course in historical geology) and Paleontology. These courses include weekly laboratory sessions and occasional field trips. Ph.D. preferred, ABD considered. Beloit College, a selective undergraduate liberal arts college with an enrollment of 1,100 students, emphasizes excellence in teaching, breadth and versatility in its faculty, and student-faculty research. The city of Beloit is located in southern Wisconsin, close to Madison, Milwaukee, and Chicago.
