Shanghai, China and has worked in South China Sea. He may know that. He
is just back to Shanghai today from Erope. So try to condact him. This is

Or you may contact Tom Dignes at Cheveron, CA. They are drilling in south
china Sea, and drilling material contracted to Vietnam. If you need Tom's
