Ammonia/Elphidium references

Dear Colleagues
I have been working in my PhD thesis at Universidade de Sao Paulo with foramini
fera from coastal lagoons of Rio de Janeiro State, Bazil.  I'm in trouble with
"interesting" organisms like Ammonia spp and Elphidium spp.
I would like to know references on such taxa.  Specially papers dealing with in
traspecif variations, morphology x function x environment relationship and gene
ral taxonomy. Can somebody help me? Thanks a lot in advance.
