Dear Paleonetters,
I am looking for literature (or any kind of information) on C:N:P
ratios in living coccolithophores (either estimate on the whole comunity or
on any species of them).
We know that Redfield ratio (106C : 16N : 1P by atoms) was
originally (Redfield et al., 1963) determined on the "plankton" (as the
average of zooplankton and phytoplankton CNP ratios).
Thanks, Ali.
