Fernado,
	Perhaps something was down for a bit, but I had no problem getting
the file (had to unzip it) and I just checked now and could FTP easily
to that site.  I might try FTPing somewhere else to be sure your
connection is good.

	I answered this back to the list in case someone else thinks there
is a problem at the UK site.
