Wilde, P.  1991.  Oceanography in the Ordovician.  in: Advances in Ordovician
Geology, C.R. Barnes and S.H. Williams (eds.), Geological Survey of Canada,
Paper 90-9, p.283-298.

Again, this is mainly on shallow circulation, but there is a nod towards
deep circulation too.

I think this must be the final version of what you have the manuscript
copy of, Robin.
