In 1993 the American Journal of Science published a special issue on
"Funtional Morphology and Evolution" (v. 293-A) all of which was devoted to
VP, including 5 papers devoted to mammals as well as several others that
discuss aspects of the mammal record. Why weren't these included in the
database? What else is missing?
