Still using Un*x...) rather than PCs, and have access Whoops, now I'm embarassed. :) Taking that into account, perhaps it would be better to GnuZip the files since there is also a gunzip for PC's, and the Drop Stuff/StuffIt Expander package will un-gzip (and just about anything else that you could want) for the Mac users. Perhaps this is the best solution? Fortunately for me, I presently have access to all three flavours and can bounce things around depending on what I require at that particular moment.
