A few weeks ago Florin gave a break down of Word 6 for the Mac...below is a
cut and pasted statement that I would like clarified/elaborated:
"A 68020-based Macintosh or faster. However, if you plan
to run Word on anything less than a 68040-based Macintosh or a
Power Mac, you'll find it pretty much unusable."
What exactly is meant by unusable...we are running a 68030 FXII. Right now
I am considering getting the Office Package for the Mac and it includes
Word 6/Excel 5 and the newest version of PowerPoint (which ever that is).
What sort of difficulties will the new versions of software give me.
Any comments?
Thanks
Cindy
