Re: paleonet Brachiopod Nomenclature

According to Vol. 5 of the Treatise (2006), diphyoides is the type species of Pygites; diphya is the type species of Pygope.  Both are in the Family Pygopidae.

Hi All,
Can someone tell me if Pygites diphyoides or Pygope diphyoides is valid? Are both valid? If so, are they both pygopids?
Thanks,
