Good piece of communicative humor:

They state (about) eliminating above subject from the "approvable
funding" list is a "clerical error".

I looked it up in the dictionary: It means "writing error" in english
(in the sense of typo).

In German "clerical" means also "church-related".

Thus the responding person from the administration has a real nice
sense of humor.
