Judge Dismisses Anti-Evolution Suit Against U. of California Chronicle of Higher Education(03/21/06)
A federal judge has thrown out a suit filed against the University of California at Berkeley alleging its "Understanding Evolution" Web site violates the First Amendment by promoting religions that accept evolutionary theory over others. The site is funded in part by the National Science Foundation.
