Re: paleonet meaning of "partim"

Title: Re: paleonet meaning of "partim"
Can anyone tell me what the term "partim" refers to? For instance, in _The
Dinosauria_ by Weishampel, Dodson, and Osmolska (2ed), the entry for
Conchoraptor gracilis reads

_Conchoraptor gracilis_ Barsbold, 1986 (including _Ingenia yanshini_
Barsbold, 1981 _partim_)

Above is an online Latin-English dictionary.  It's hyper complete and assumes some knowledge of grammar (in this case it helps to know that 'partim' is an adverb derived from 'pars'), so you can get literal translations of the words.  For the colloquial meanings in the context of binomial nomenclature William Stearn's Botanical Latin is helpful.

At the risk of being redundant I will chime in with my understanding of 'partim' is that Conchoraptor gracilis is a renamed subset of (partim means 'partly, in part, a part, some of, some') a broader species definition called Ingenia yanshini.
