For the Late Palaeozoic: global and regional biozonations for all
biostratigraphically useful fossil groups are included on Manfred Menning's
ongoing Devonian-Carboniferous-Permian Correlation Chart (DCP2004 is the latest
version that I have seen). References to all relevant works should be there.
