A special invitation to join the
AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF STRATIGRAPHIC PALYNOLOGISTS (AASP)
The American Association of Stratigraphic Palynologists is the world's largest palynological society, with a global membership of around 500 members. It's purpose is to promote and foster all aspects of palynology, including archaeological, forensic, medical and Quaternary applications, as well as the more traditional stratigraphic approaches. Among AASP's many activities are the organization of an annual meeting, and publication of a quarterly newsletter, the annual journal "Palynology", and a wide range of books and monographs. Student support includes annual scholarships (each worth $1500) and conference travel grants.
The benefits of joining AASP include receipt of the journal and newsletter, and reduced registration at the annual meetings.
Membership dues are US$45.00 per year for individuals, and US$30.00 for students. As a SPECIAL PROMOTIONAL OFFER, new members will receive a free AASP book of their choice (see below).
