Just a clarification on uploading vs. bringing your talk to the Speaker Ready Room. GSA is recommending that you do the former (to save time for yourself and for them) but you can still bring your talk in digital format to the Speaker Ready Room and upload it just as last year. I apologize if my earlier message gave the wrong impression. I didn't mean to incite any panic! However, if your talk is on Sunday, they do recommend that you submit your it via the website, especially if you are not sure if you can make it to the Speaker Ready Room by the time they close on Saturday. One more thing.....please note that the presentation format has had some changes made to it from last year. GSA is now asking that you upload your presentation onto a designated website. The deadline for doing this is October 31 (Friday). http://www.geosociety.org/meetings/2003/tSpkrAV.htm Lisa ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dr. Lisa E. I am unable to find information regarding the Paleo Society Short Course at GSA this year (Seattle 04). Will there be a short course? If so, what is this year's topic and where will it be held?
