ROYAL HOLLOWAY University of London LECTURESHIP IN EARTH SCIENCES DEPARTMENT OF GEOLOGY (£27,585 - £39,763 inclusive) We are seeking a scientist with a promising research career to undertake research and teaching. Applicants must undertake research in their chosen field, generate research funds and publish their scientific results. In addition applicants must participate in teaching programmes in Geology at BSc, MSci and MSc level. Applicants should demonstrate research excellence in either: Geochemical studies of ancient and modern environments, palaeo-oceanography, palaeoproxies, using extensive suite of isotope facilities (Isoprobe, stable isotopes). or Sedimentology and/or stratigraphy with an emphasis on depositional processes, surface processes, numerical and/or physical modelling of stratigraphic processes, or marine sedimentology.
