Hi Paul,

   You should contact Bill Kirchgasser at SUNY Postdam at 
kirchgwt@potsdam.edu.  Bill and Gil Klapper and students have been working 
of the early Frasnian of New York for quite some time and there are a 
number of papers published since the mid-1980s top present on the Ammonoid 
and conodont biostratigraphy that you should find very useful.
