Dear colleagues, the IAS Directory of Sedimentologists at http://www.paleoweb.net/ias is an internet platform that allows you to search for colleagues working on a certain topic and to add your own data. Please do not hesitate to submit your data, it's easy! (This service is not restricted to IAS members and this is not the IAS members directory) WHAT'S NEW: PRIVATE EMAIL OPTION! This means that you can receive an email via a form, but your email address is not visible to the public. If you want to know how this looks like, please search the directory for the family name "Testmail". Some colleagues argued that if they present their email address on the web, they may suffer from junk mail (i.e., mass advertisement by email). Therefore, we added this option and everybody can choose, whether his/her email address should be visible or not.
