paleonet The Micropalaeontological Society Foram. Group Spring Meeting





The Micropalaeontological Society's Foram. Group (TMS-FG) Spring
Meeting will take place on Friday, 3 May 2002 in the Palaeontological
Demonstration Room of the Natural History Museum in London. Anyone wishing
to contribute a short technical presentation (or present a poster) should
submit an abstract to Andy Henderson (see abstract format and address
below). The deadline for abstract submission is 31 March 2002. All TMS-FG
2001 abstracts will be published on the BMS web site
(http://www.tmsoc.org). Students and professionals are
encouraged to present updates on their research, techniques, industrial
applications, software, movies, etc.

Additional information about the meeting will be posted to
this listserver and will be available on the TMS WWW pages.

Abstract Format

SAMPLE ABSTRACT FOR SUBMISSION BY PAPER OR ELECTRONIC COPY FOR THE 2002
   MICROPALAEONTOLOGICAL SOCIETY FORAM. GROUP SPRING MEETING

	Please follow this format for all abstracts submitted on paper or
electronically to The Micropalaeontological Society's Foram. Group
Spring Meeting. Adherence to this format will speed the publication of the
abstracts and the preparation of materials for the meeting.
	Abstracts may be sent electronically to A.Henderson@nhm.ac.uk. For
paper- copy abstracts use a 12-point font and send a clean copy as these
will be electronically scanned to produce the final WWW test. Please send
paper-copy abstract to the address below. All abstracts must be less than
or equal to 300 words of text. Finally, please provide five keywords in
addition to your abstract. These will be used for electronic searching.
