Dear Colleagues,
I am study the morpho-functional adaptations of the postcranial skeleton
of Plio-Pleistocene deer (genera Megaceroides (=Praemegaceros),
Pseudodama, Cervus, etc., Rangifer tarandus) and bulls (Bos, Bison). My
research includes the problems of the locomotion, the mechanism of
development of locomotion adaptations, the phenomena that influence the
locomotion strategy (the climate and landscape conditions, the soil
surface character, the body weight), as well as the evolution problems.

I would like to get in touch with specialists thait carry out the above
mentioned questions. I am interested to obtain publications on these
topics and on research methods of morpho-functiona analyse of postcranials
of the recent and fossil hoof animals.
