The Pal. Ass. Publications "affair": a happy end!!

        Dear friends and colleagues,
After having lost the money from the budget destinated to the
adquisition of diverse Palaeontological Association Publications through
Marston Book Services from Oxford, UK, this distributor agent of Blackwell
Publishers has finally recognized with elegance our "right to kick" and decided
to compensate us for the trouble, to donate to our library the requested
publications. Consequently I acknowledge the professionalism with the way that
the problem was solved.
In the name of my Institute, I thank also the members from the council
of the Palaeontological Association for their worry in the solution of the
affair, as well as to many other solidary people that internally contacted me
offering the loan or even illegal copies of the publications, after my report
through PaleoNet and IberPal.
Thanks to all of you, and thanks again to Blackwell Publishers and its
distributor for their reliability.
