Copyright and journal name

Heinz's point about the journal name is a good one.

As far as copyright is concerned - It seems to me desirable that the authors
should retain copyright, if that's not too complicated legally.

And an offer of help.  I'll be happy to serve the journal in whatever
capacity the active organizers think best.  I could devote about 20% of my
time to it over the next year or two, the only provisos being that I'd
expect to be travelling and out of electronic contact for a couple of months
each year, and that I don't have any aptitude for hustling.
