In a message dated 96-04-26 12:32:01 EDT, you write: Hello All, Regardsing the Gondwana Buster, I have found it! I forgot that I have photocopies of a GSA Today whic listed over _200_ impact craters and fields. Ref will bbe cited below. Called the Aranguainha Dome, in Brazil. Located at 16degrees 47 min S and 52d 59m W. It is only 40 Km in diameter and is dated at 247.0 +/- 5.5 Ma. Later when I have time and if there is sufficient interest, I will post a few other impacts that may have been coincident with this one! Ref: Grieve, R., Rupert, J., Smith, J., Therriault, A., 1995: The record of terrestrial impact cratering. GSA Today, v.5, no.10. VERY interesting! Regards, Thomas R.
