Quaternary0 question

I would like to obtain a chemical solution called "Quaternary 0", a type
of commercial soap. This product is used for "cleaning" off matrix from
invertebrate fossils. My last reference is from a company called Ciba Geygi
in Montreal, Canada, but they don't produce it any more. Does any one  
know of a company outside Canada that would be producing this product 
or a similar one ?
