1) Jack Horner smokes and drinks.

2) Collectible fossils do not (or extremely rarely) occur in sediment that 
can be blown off

3) The dialogue amongst the scientists was sophmoric

4)  Costa Rican amber is only 10 MY old.

5)  DNA as old as the Jurassic is controversial.  Fairly complete DNA of 
that age is not yet available.

6)  Dinosaurs could not make the earth shake when they walked.
