Labs To: "'paleonet-owner@mailserver.nhm.ac.uk'" <paleonet-owner@mailserver.nhm.ac.uk> MIME-version: 1.0 Stephen Schellenberg's request regarding oceanography labs made me think about opening a discussion/exchange about paleontology labs. I'm revamping our paleo course (we now require the course but targeted it at the sophomore-level; more problem-solving & less of a taxonomic focus are desired by colleagues) & would like to know what others are doing with regard to the use of PC-based programs/simulations in their classrooms. If such an exchange is of general interest, perhaps a directory could be set up on the PaleoNet server for the exchange of information or programs. Joe Dr. Joseph F.
