Be careful with this. There is a nut who frequents the usenet group talk.origins who believes something like this. His name is Ted Holden. His odd claim is that earth once orbited saturn resulting in lower gravity. He uses some half-assed measurements of large sauropods to "prove" his ideas. He is quite irrational with those who disagree. He could be looking for someone to quote; he may have used an alias or convinced one of his fellow creationists to help him.
