New issue of Lethaia

To those who have been waiting patiently (or impatiently) for the alleged
spring issue of Lethaia: it's finally being printed and should appear
within a few weeks. The delay is entirely to be blamed on the Production
Editor (or possibly his propensity to take on more work than he can always
handle).
