If PALEONET were gated to sci.bio.paleontology, then amateurs would
have no place where they could post without risking offense.  :-(

I hope PALEONET readers will refrain from "dumping" unwanted traffic on
sci.bio.paleontology.  If anyone is going to refer posters to Usenet, I
suggest it be an *invitation* from regular sci.bio.paleontology readers.
